Q: I have tax exempt status. What should I do?

A: We will be happy to remove taxes from your order with valid resale certificates for the state you are shipping to. You can place the order online and provide your order number, along with documentation of your tax exempt status, and we can refund the tax. Alternatively, you can call us and we will be happy to place the order for you to remove the tax during the order process.

Q: Can I have my order picked up from your facility?

A: As a general rule, this is difficult as our docks are busy picking up and receiving products for millions of customers. In the event you have a special carrier requirement for a volume order, we can work to accommodate you to the best of our ability.

Q: Do you offer un-stretched canvas?

A: As a general rule we do not offer un-stretched canvas for individual purchases, but if you are requesting a single item multiple times, we may be able to make this happen.

Q: Can I schedule delivery of an order?

A: If an order is large enough to go common carrier (such as truck) we can work within a delivery window. With smaller shipments (via FedEx) we cannot control delivery windows but the tracking will give you a sense of when it should arrive.

Q: Do you sell poster displays?

A: We do not sell poster displays at this time. Stay tuned!

Q: Can I get frame and mat samples?

A: No. We have found that samples do not provide an accurate representation of these products. The best way to find the matting and framing options you love is on our site - with over 50 molding and matting options, our online tool is the best way to visualize the finished product.

Q: What’s the largest size I can order?

Q: What are the payment methods you accept?

A: We accept VISA, MC, AMEX, DISCOVER, Check, Money Order and Invoice payment. Payment by invoice/n.30 requires a credit application.

Q: Do you offer custom sizing on prints?

A: Many of our products come in multiple sizes and are customizable with framing. Chances are we can find you the perfect fit. Our professional framing experts can create custom sized mats and moldings.
