- Licensors are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary rights in the AI-generated art, in order to submit art to Art.com.
- Licensors are solely responsible for understanding the use of any AI tools, and any intellectual property limitations.
- Photographs or photographic materials generated in whole or in part using AI, will not be accepted at this time.
- All Licensors must indicate the use of AI tools for any art by the following:
- AI artists need to be identified and disclosed.
- AI art submissions need to be separately identified from non-AI art.
- Failure to disclose any of the above may results in financial penalties.
