This premium giclee print, an upgrade from the standard giclee print, is produced on thick (310 gsm), textured watercolor paper made from alpha cellulous wood pulp that is acid free. It shares the same vivid colors, accuracy, and exceptional resolution that make giclee prints the standard for museums and galleries around the world. Giclee (French for "to spray") is a printing process where millions of ink droplets are sprayed onto a highquality paper. The smooth transitions of color gradients make giclee prints appear much more realistic than other prints.
Published November 1, 1927For the November 1, 1927, Vogue, Pierre Mourgue illustrates a fashionable crew attending a polo match at the Meadow Brook Club, including, from left: Mrs. Burrall Hoffman, Mrs. Malcolm Stevenson, Mrs. William Goadby Loew, Mrs. Cornelius Vanderbilt, and Mrs. George Baker. With such wonderful attention to detail, Vogue readers learn about a life of leisure, the who's who of high society, what they're wearing, and how they're wearing it.Photo licensed from the Condé Nast Collection, home of The New Yorker, Vogue, Vanity Fair and other popular brands.
