This premium giclee print, an upgrade from the standard giclee print, is produced on thick (310 gsm), textured watercolor paper made from alpha cellulous wood pulp that is acid free. It shares the same vivid colors, accuracy, and exceptional resolution that make giclee prints the standard for museums and galleries around the world. Giclee (French for "to spray") is a printing process where millions of ink droplets are sprayed onto a highquality paper. The smooth transitions of color gradients make giclee prints appear much more realistic than other prints.
Published March 1, 1930The latest hat fashions by Agnes take center stage in this moody illustration by René Bouét-Willaumez, which appeared in the March 1, 1930, Vogue. Both are made of dull and supple paillasson in hues of chocolate, beige, and white. From left: a style with a sloping brim and shallow crown; it's banded with white velvet ribbon; and a close toque, accented with bicorne-like side points. It ties at the back with a dark brown grosgrain ribbon.Photo licensed from the Condé Nast Collection, home of The New Yorker, Vogue, Vanity Fair and other popular brands.
