This premium giclee print, an upgrade from the standard giclee print, is produced on thick (310 gsm), textured watercolor paper made from alpha cellulous wood pulp that is acid free. It shares the same vivid colors, accuracy, and exceptional resolution that make giclee prints the standard for museums and galleries around the world. Giclee (French for "to spray") is a printing process where millions of ink droplets are sprayed onto a highquality paper. The smooth transitions of color gradients make giclee prints appear much more realistic than other prints.
Published February 1, 1934Quite the female dandy in a tailored Augustabernard ensemble, this woman expresses a self-assured ease of manner. She positions herself with stylish nonchalance under an exquisite tweed cape while her suit jacket and pink scarf appear ever so slightly, but appealing, disheveled. For a finishing touch of rakish flare, she wears a matching coxcomb-embellished panama hat by Rose Descat. The illustration, by René Bouét-Willaumez, appeared in the February 1, 1934, Vogue.Photo licensed from the Condé Nast Collection, home of The New Yorker, Vogue, Vanity Fair and other popular brands.
