17th century artwork by Flemish artist Philippe de Champaigne, featuring Saint Augustine in his studio, trampling over some scrolls and books while holding a feather quill in one hand and a burning heart in the other. He is depicted as looking towards a bright golden glow in the upper left corner of the painting with the words Veritas emblazoned, thus indicating it to be a message from God and Jesus.
