These Terms of Sale apply to all offers made by Art.com Inc., all orders placed by you and all agreements concluded
between us in relation to the products and services offered on this website.
Notwithstanding the product prices shown on the website, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our
best efforts, a small number of the items shown on the website may be mispriced as a result of price changes that are implemented at or about the time of your visit to the website.
However, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, your sole recourse is
cancellation of your order.
Acceptance of Order
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In such event your sole recourse shall be the return of amounts
paid by you related to such order (if any).
Items shipped to destinations in the states of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts, New York, North Carolina and Ohio are subject to tax. No sales tax is charged
when purchasing gift certificates; however, purchases paid for with gift certificates may be subject to tax. We are not required, and do not collect Oklahoma or South Dakota sales or
use tax. Purchases shipped to Oklahoma or South Dakota are subject to Oklahoma or South Dakota use tax unless they are specifically exempt from Taxation. Your purchase is not exempt
merely because it is made over the Internet, by catalog, or by other remote means. The States of Oklahoma and South Dakota require Oklahoma and South Dakota purchasers to report all
purchases that were not taxed and pay tax on those purchases. The tax may be reported and paid on the Oklahoma individual income tax return Form 511 or by filing a consumer use tax
return Form 21-1. The referenced forms and corresponding instructions are available on the Oklahoma Tax Commission website, www.tax.ok.gov.

Return Rights and Instructions
The quality of your experience is our priority. In the event that you are not satisfied with any item, you many return it within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or refund for
the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded. See below to determine how to proceed based on your reason for return.
Reason for Return: My order was damaged during delivery (or other quality concerns).
Easy Photo Return If your order arrived in less than satisfactory condition, speed up your return by following these simple steps:
Take a digital photo of your damaged product and the shipping container it arrived in (if damaged).
Complete an Easy Photo Return Form by including your
photos and indicating whether you would like a refund or a replacement.
You will receive an email within 24-48 hours confirming that your photo return is being processed.
If your photo return is confirmed, you do not need to mail back your order. We will process the refund or replacement based on your photos.
Please note: Easy Photo Return is available for most posters and art prints, including framed items, canvas, acrylic, and wood mounts. Easy Photo Return is
not available for some items, including T-Shirts, Apparel, Tapestries, Hand Painted Art, and Limited Edition prints.
If the damage or quality issue is not apparent in the photo, you may be required to return the item at your expense before the return can be processed.

Reason for Return: I changed my mind; it doesn’t look like I thought it would in my space.
Return Your Shipment If a product is perfect, but not perfect for you, we invite you to return it for a full refund (minus shipping charges) by following these simple steps:
Complete and print a Return Request form, which you can also find on the back of the Packing List included with your order.
Ship your item back to us in its original packaging and enclose your completed return request (the shipping address is listed at the bottom of the form). We strongly encourage
you to return the item via a trackable method.
We will typically issue your refund within 48-72 hours of receiving the package.
We attempt to describe our products offered as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product
descriptions or other content of the website are 100% accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product offered by us and purchased by you is not as described, your sole
remedy is to return it in unused condition for a conforming replacement, refund or credit.
We are not liable for any financial damage (including but not limited to the cost of any replacement purchase) that may
occur because of non-timely arrival or any lack of availability or conformity of the product.
The offers by Art.com, Inc., your orders, and the agreements between us for the delivery of our services and products
are subject to the laws of the State of California. The state or federal courts located in Alameda County, California will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute between us
in relation to our products or services.
Modification And Severability
Sale at any time and in our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review our policies, terms and conditions each time you visit the website. Your continued use of the website after we
make any such changes constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If any of the terms or conditions herein shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that
term or condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining term or condition.
