Product Information
A major contributor to Modern Architecture, Le Corbusier (1887 – 1965) was also a painter, sculptor and writer. Called “the Picasso of architecture,” he innovated modern design theories and housing in an effort to improve urban quality of life. Rejecting Cubism in his artwork, he developed the Purism movement. He also incorporated Leonardo da Vinci’s theories regarding human proportions into his architecture. Le Corbusier’s iconic buildings can be found in Central Europe, India, Russia, North and South America. This high-quality art print is expertly produced to capture the vivid color and exceptional detail of the original.
