A bomb that fell at the door of the London headquarters of the Associated press, left, Sept. 24, 1940 during a German air raid demolished a building opposite and left this big crater. Staff shifted to another office for a few hours but soon returned to regular post. Bomb shattered windows of AP building and littered the reception hall with Debris.
