Women with technical ability are being trained by the Women's Auxiliary Air Force to act as instrument repairers at Royal Air Force stations all over Britain. Instruments which are not up to the required standard owing to damage to the plane are given to these W.A.A.F. girls, who test and repair them. This W.A.A.F., a former beauty culture assistant, is now engaged in testing oxygen regulators, at an airfield somewhere in England, on July 24, 1941.
