Graham Watson’s breathtaking “Tour de France 2002, Col du Lautaret” shows a large group of cyclists struggling against the enormous, glacier-cloaked French Alps. His love of cycling is clear in this beautiful shot of the athletes completing a difficult stretch in what is the most famous cycling race in the world. Shooting professional cycling for 24 years, Watson is the sport’s foremost photographer and is employed as the photographer for many of the race’s teams, as well as its governing body.
