A major force in the 60’s Pop Art’s emergence, Jim Dine is known for his sketchy drawings and art prints, as well as quirky three-dimensional art. Born in Cincinnati, he graduated with a B.F.A. from Ohio University and became a popular guest lecturer himself at Yale and Cornell. Dine was also given solo shows in London museums. Both the Whitney Museum of American Art and the Museum of Modern Art have featured retrospectives of his work.
This art print displays sharp, vivid images with a high degree of color accuracy. A member of the versatile family of art prints, this high-quality reproduction represents the best of both worlds: quality and affordability. Art prints are created on paper similar to that of a postcard or greeting card using an offset lithography press.
