South American artist Pedro Alvarez captures an inferno of color, movement and sensuality in “Tango Argentino.” Born in Argentina and originally employed as an electrician, Alvarez passion for dancing found an outlet though his painting. Using animated brushstrokes which expressed his prolific pace, many of his artworks depict South American dances such as the tango.

Pedro Alvarez, a South American artist, heats up his artwork with sizzling tangos and other South American dances. Born in Argentina and relocating to California in his teens, Alvarez originally worked with electrical circuitry before pursuing his true passions: dancing and painting. Using kinetic brushstrokes which mirrored his prolific work pace, Alvarez’s output became more leisurely after his recent move to rural Spain. During visits to South America, he continues to paint new artworks.

This art print displays sharp, vivid images with a high degree of color accuracy. A member of the versatile family of art prints, this high-quality reproduction represents the best of both worlds: quality and affordability. Art prints are created on paper similar to that of a postcard or greeting card using a digital or offset lithography press.
