Born into an artistic family and growing up in the English countryside, she absorbed the best of both rural and urban settings after moving to London as a teenager. She studied photography, life drawing and specialized in set design as part of an English and Drama degree. After a brief teaching career she began exhibiting her work and now paints full-time, selling her works in galleries worldwide.
