St Clements Church Rodel Isle of Harris Outer Hebrides Scotland Interior view showing the wall tomb of Alexander MacLeod St Clements Church was built in the th century for the Chiefs of the Harris branch of the Clan MacLeod It was a Catholic church and was dedicated to Pope Clement I It fell into disuse after the Reformation although the MacLeods continued to use the churchyard as a burial site The church was restored in the late th and early th century and is in the care of Historic Scotland
