One of the film industry’s top illustrators, Renato Casaro has created iconic movie posters for over 40 years. Casaro’s realistic and meticulously exact posters are true works of art, unspoiled by commercialism. Originally from Italy, Casaro became internationally successful with his poster for Dino De Laurentiis’ “The Bible,” which was the first billboard on Sunset Boulevard. Casaro has created more than 800 film-related artworks, including posters for “A Fistful of Dollars,” “Dances with Wolves” and Casablanca.” Casaro has also painted “African Impressions,” a lifelike series of African wildlife images.
