Rosita means small rose in Spanish. My very first friend, when I was 4 or 5 years old, was called Rosita. I've always loved the name, and the flower - I had pink roses for my wedding. This is a wild rose, growing by the edge of Slocan Lake in British Columbia, Canada. It is simply an homage to beauty. © 2023 Ursula I. Abresch
