    Peter Bell paints tranquil European coastal scenes in a dreamlike Impressionist style. From Washington, D.C., Bell attended the city’s National Art School and the Brooklyn Museum Art School. He first worked as a commercial artist and freelancer before painting and teaching full-time. Bell’s award-winning work is critically acclaimed and displayed in many private collections.
    This finely crafted wall tapestry is made in the USA by skilled artisans, using Jacquard looms and pure cotton yarn. An iron rod and finial are included, in addition to brackets and hardware for easy hanging.
