Comments:

I purchased a beautiful 4' x 3.5' oak frame knowing I was going to change the picture in it. Finding a picture proved difficult untill I went to allposter.
With the wide selection of pictures and sizes I found a quality picture that married well with the frame. I have a work of art hanging on my wall.

      Comments:

This photo rests on my wall where I can see it best when stretched out on the couch to read. I bought it as inspiration for my view of humanity - It helps me get over how short-sighted and egotistical we are today. Nineteen Thousand years ago an artist used her (or his) fingers, imagination, and perspective to craft this on what would have been their living room wall, or a place of inspiration. I don't care for archeological 'motivations' or 'explanations' that try to dumb down our ancestors by passing this off as an attempt to give good luck on a hunt - This is soul-fully expressed art with subtleties a trained artist wish brushes and a pull pallette would have trouble acheiving. The dimensions and details speak of a culture that we will never know. The heavy body of the horse speaks to the fact that the artist's culture ate horseflesh, but the mane and motion speak of the captivating beauty that I feel when I see a horse in motion. I know the feeling that inspired this painting - it is part of true human empathy and recognition of natural grace. The product is good - the price was fair for the print. The yellows are acheived far better than an RGB spectrum allows (I used to be a colour technician). Whether you have it framed by all-posters is at your discretion, I framed it myself for $20 and am happy with the result. I am reluctant to spend more on a frame than on the work - if I want a simple black frame that doesn't compete with the picture why the heck would I spend an extra [$]

      • This premium giclee print, an upgrade from the standard giclee print, is produced on thick (310 gsm), textured watercolor paper made from alpha cellulous wood pulp that is acid free. It shares the same vivid colors, accuracy, and exceptional resolution that make giclee prints the standard for museums and galleries around the world.
