    Texas-born, South America-raised, Caroline Ashton’s traveling and living abroad exposed her to a world of fine art influences - watercolors, acrylics, oils, printmaking, and ceramics. Enthralled with nature and humanity, her Impressionist landscapes and figures seem to evoke movement through her expert use of colors and layered images that are characteristic of her artistry. She tends to block in shapes with thin washes and transparent layers of pigments for luminosity and deep, dark rich colors. Ashton’s work emerges through spontaneity and emotional outpourings that fill the canvas.
    This fine art giclee is signed and numbered, issued in a limited edition of 950 prints. The limited edition print is professionally framed in a deep (2") wood shadow box frame. The print rests 1/4" below the mats, which are also spaced 1/4" apart, creating a beautiful effect of depth and shadows. Protected with Museum Glass to ensure amazing clarity and protection for years to come.
