    Jennifer Sanchez lives and creates in New York City. Her specialized technique includes building up many layers of geometric shapes and vivid colors to ultimately create syncopated and uncluttered compositions. Sanchez begins each painting with general shapes and colors in mind. Then, by intuitively reacting to each addition, she allows the painting to unfold on its own terms. The inherent qualities of the materials she uses help to guide her painting. The thick applications of paint, drips, cracking and smears are important to creating direct, frank and rich paintings that still reveal process.
    This giclee print was produced in a limited edition of 450. It is signed in the plate.

    This giclée print delivers a vivid image with maximum color accuracy and exceptional resolution. The standard for museums and galleries around the world, giclée (French for “to spray”) is a printing process where millions of ink droplets are sprayed onto the paper’s surface. With the great degree of detail and smooth transitions of color gradients, giclée prints appear much more realistic than other reproduction prints.
