One of the world’s most acclaimed automotive artists, George Ham is known for technical accuracy and painstaking realism. A part-time racing driver, Ham (1900 – 1972) was an auto buff who duplicated the precise position of every car part and often exaggerated details to convey blazing speed. Ham created watercolors and gouaches, as well as caricatures of various race car drivers. He illustrated a catalogue, a leading French pictorial magazine, and posters of the Grand Prix of Monaco and the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
This fine art print was produced in an unknown edition size. Vintage lithographic reproduction of the famous Monaco grand Prix race held in Monaco for the last 100 years. Each print was carefully printed by ARTE, Paris. Condition A: Mint
