    “Martini and Rossi” by Marcello Dudovich (1878 – 1962) appealingly emanates a lighthearted mix of refinement and fun. A leading Italian poster artist, Dudovich created dramatic, vibrantly colored ads for opera music publisher, Ricordi, and was the official poster artist for the renowned fashion department store, Mele. Dudovich revolutionized advertising posters by revamping Art Nouveau into a modern look.
    Marcello Dudovich (1878 – 1962) is regarded as one of the greatest Italian poster artists of all time, also participating in the budding movie industry. Dudovich revolutionized posters by streamlining the excessive Art Nouveau style into a more modern look. He created richly colored, dramatic, playful posters for opera publisher, Ricordi, and was also the official poster artist for Mele, a famous fashion department store. Ricordi later enjoyed success designing ads for Carpano, Fiat, Pirelli and Alpha Romeo.
    This fine art print is produced on Forest Stewardship Council certified paper, using post-consumer and sustainably sourced paper, and soy-based inks.
