Graham Watson, whose name is synonymous with the Tour de France, has led the pack of cycling photographers for 30 years. Watson, who hails from London, initially assisted a society photographer whose clients included British aristocrats and foreign royal families. During daily commutes to and from London by bicycle, Watson became smitten by cycling and the Tour de France, eventually breaking into its elite inner sanctum of photographers. Watson is employed by many of the Tour’s leading teams, sporting goods manufacturers, and the UCI, the event’s governing body.
