Couturier Marc Bohan assumed the role of a ladies' man for this Frank Horvat photograph. Five models and Glamour fashion editor Ellin Saltzman (center) sport his spring 1964 creations for the house of Christian Dior. From far left: a pale-colored suit with a pleated skirt; a belted tweed coat; a suit with a plaid jacket and a checked pleated skirt; a houndstooth suit with a pleated skirt; a safari-style jacket with a pleated skirt; and a pinstripe suit. According to the style of the day, all women wore hats. The black and white photograph appeared in the April 1964 Glamour.
