Sung Kim creates inviting storybook settings that radiate charm and tranquility. Born in Seoul, South Korea, Kim was inspired by European travels before becoming a United States citizen in 1980. Working from his own studio after graduating from college with honors, Kim created illustrations for magazines and children’s books. He has won many awards, including one from the mayor of Seoul. Kim has painted more than 400 landscapes, and worked with fine art galleries for 20 years.

My desk faces this piece. When I get stressed, I take a "mini-vacation", imagining myself on this patio, enjoying the view, the smell of the flowers and the tang of the ocean air. A great piece by one of my favorite artists, skillfully matted and framed!

I can't say enough about this beautiful picture. The colors in the picture and the frame are the perfect colors I was looking for to match my bathroom. It looks great above my garden tub. I feel the workmanship done on this product is very good and was surprised to see that it came with a wire attached to the back in order to hange it. I'm impressed.
