Karen Dupré’s widely varied styles all have two things in common—talent and creativity. A self-taught artist, Dupré is a Californian who began painting at age 9. Her initial works focused on horses, and later included figures, landscapes and still lifes. Dupré has a special gift for re-creating the interplay of light in both nature and man-made objects. Inspired by 19th-century painters who challenged artistic ideals, Dupré strives to do the same with her boundless styles.
This art print displays sharp, vivid images with a high degree of color accuracy. A member of the versatile family of art prints, this high-quality reproduction represents the best of both worlds: quality and affordability. Art prints are created on paper similar to that of a postcard or greeting card using an offset lithography press.
