After becoming the only rookie quarterback to ever start in a Pro Bowl it was apparent that Dan Marino would set a new standard for quarterbacks. Dan 'The Man' Marino set 20 NFL records including becoming the first quarterback to throw 4000 yards in six seasons and he ultimately threw for 61361 yards and 420 touchdowns. Marino was inducted into the Football Hall of Fame in 2005.
