    Animals are in their element in Judy Gibson’s artwork, whether painted in soulful portraits, cozy homes, snow-laden scenes or lively competition. A Texas native, Gibson is strongly inspired by her love and respect for animals. As a teenager, she created portraits of prize bulls and horses for local ranchers, and still loves painting Southwestern symbols. She enjoys working in oils, and also appreciates the spontaneity of watercolors. Gibson's welcoming, cheerful works have decorated tapestries, jigsaw puzzles, wallpaper, computer screen-savers and many other products.
