Pastels glisten and sparkle like an iridescent waterfall in “Calm Waters I” by Noah Li-Leger. The son of noted Abstractionist Don Li-Leger, he expresses his interest in design through supple shapes and color, rather than realistic forms. Li-Leger, inspired by nature, painted “Calm Waters I” to signify the tranquil Canadian inlets he visits during the summer. Pairs beautifully with “Calm Waters II.”
