Didier Lourenco’s work is a mosaic of rich colors, bustling scenes and unique figures and shapes. Lourenco, who was born in Barcelona, learned lithography at age 19 in his father’s print shop, painting in a corner he set up as a studio. Artists who passed through the studio helped him hone his skills. Lourenco draws inspiration from travels in Europe and the United States, has won prestigious awards in Barcelona, and has been active in solo and group exhibitions.
This giclée print delivers a vivid image with maximum color accuracy and exceptional resolution. The standard for museums and galleries around the world, giclée (French for “to spray”) is a printing process where millions of ink droplets are sprayed onto the paper’s surface. With the great degree of detail and smooth transitions of color gradients, giclée prints appear much more realistic than other reproduction prints. The high-quality paper (235 gsm) is acid free with a smooth surface.
