Scott Westmoreland’s “Board Stiff” is a surfing spice rack stocked with boards in all shapes, sizes, patterns and colors. Originally creating designs and illustrations for the theater and film industries, Westmoreland joined Disney’s art staff full time. Freelancing again with a fine art emphasis, he is nationally acclaimed for surf images, tropical scenes, wood-sided cars and pinup girl art.
